Timing is everything. Downsizing to a new location was a decision we made to ensure the longevity of RAW. We wanted more flexibility to continue doing what we love without feeling over-stretched.

It’s really simple. We changed our business hours to create an improved work-life balance. Our new business hours will also allow our chefs to manage catering opportunities and other outside events.

Sometimes, less is more. We adjusted our menu based on the prep space we have and the equipment available in our new location. We tried to be thoughtful in what we could keep and in what we had to say goodbye to.
